Salary: EUR 25,000 - 50,000 / annual

Teya is a rapidly growing European fintech company building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. The company provides payments and software solutions designed to help small enterprises compete with larger players, focusing on simplicity, quality design, and genuine human support. As a Field Sales Specialist based in Monza, you will be the face of Teya in your territory, responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Your core responsibilities include: - Proactively identify potential customers in your assigned area through lead generation, networking, and referrals - Conduct in-person meetings with current and prospective customers to understand their challenges, build trust, and deliver positive experiences - Execute effective sales strategies to close deals and consistently meet targets - Develop deep product expertise across Teya's suite of offerings through comprehensive training - Provide valuable market feedback and field insights to inform product improvements - Maintain long-term customer relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize retention and customer lifetime value - Represent Teya's brand and values in your territory - Participate in daily team meetings to align on plans, set objectives, and share experiences - Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service Your success is measured not just by closed deals but by building durable partnerships and genuinely understanding customer needs. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a team of talented fintech professionals. Required qualifications: minimum 2 years in a sales role with short sales cycles (experience in payments, banking, B2B, or SaaS is a plus). You must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong time management and organizational abilities, solid negotiation skills, proactive mindset, team orientation, resilience in overcoming objections, and passion for learning and technology. Compensation includes a competitive base salary of €25,000–€30,000 plus €20,000 in annual commissions, company car or mileage reimbursement, CCNL Terziario employment classification, €142/month in welfare benefits, meal vouchers (€8/day via Coverflex), health insurance coverage, and 25 days annual leave plus local holidays.
