Booksy is a global platform empowering beauty and wellness entrepreneurs to build successful businesses and helping their customers arrange essential self-care moments. As a Field Sales Representative based in Pembroke Pines, you will be the face of Booksy in the region, driving adoption of our innovative SaaS solution among small beauty businesses.
Your core responsibilities include expanding Booksy's footprint in the North Miami area by identifying and engaging potential clients through cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach. You'll build lasting relationships with business owners, conduct product demos, and educate them on how Booksy's features can help them thrive. Managing a robust sales pipeline and consistently exceeding targets will be central to your success.
You'll attend industry events, represent Booksy's values as a brand ambassador, and ensure long-term client success through thorough onboarding and support. This is a field-based role requiring you to visit client locations, so a vehicle and local presence in Pembroke Pines are essential.
The ideal candidate brings 2–4 years of door-to-door or field sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience in the beauty industry or selling SaaS to small businesses is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Salesforce for pipeline management is a plus. You should be a self-starter, results-driven, and comfortable in a rapidly scaling, evolving environment where processes are still being refined.
Booksy offers competitive compensation ($50,000–$65,000 base + uncapped variable compensation of $36,000+), comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, unlimited PTO, 12 weeks paid parental leave, and a $50/month Booksy benefit credit. The company is distributed globally with a remote-first culture; however, this role requires in-office presence in Pembroke Pines to conduct field sales activities.
