TheFork, Europe's leading restaurant booking platform (part of Tripadvisor Group), is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive business development in the Pescara or Bergamo region. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging restaurant owners and decision-makers to onboard them onto the TheFork platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively schedule and conduct meetings with restaurant owners and managers in your assigned territory
- Execute a mix of cold calls, walk-in visits, and pre-organized meetings to present TheFork products and services
- Sell the full range of TheFork offerings: promotions, advanced software tools, booking widgets, training, and marketing solutions
- Build personalized proposals tailored to each restaurant's needs and growth stage
- Educate prospects on the TheFork Manager tool and benefits of joining the network
- Follow up consistently with prospects through the sales cycle until successful onboarding and publication
You are a self-starter with demonstrated B2B sales experience, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality sector. You are results-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. You have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, genuine passion for food and dining culture, and curiosity about digital and tech solutions. You are proficient with PC and Google Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
Language requirements: C2-level Italian (fluent) and English proficiency.
