TheFork, Europe's leading restaurant booking platform and part of the Tripadvisor Group, is seeking a Field Sales Representative based in Hamburg to drive restaurant partnerships across the region.
In this role, you will identify and proactively contact restaurant owners and managers to present TheFork's comprehensive suite of products and services. Your responsibilities include conducting 4-5 drop-in visits and scheduled meetings daily, presenting TheFork's offerings including table management software, promotional features (e.g., 30% discounts), online booking calendars, and marketing solutions. You will engage with decision-makers to understand their operational needs, demonstrate how TheFork's Manager tool and guest network create value, and guide prospects through the sales cycle until successful onboarding and publication on TheFork and affiliate platforms.
You are a self-driven, results-oriented sales professional with proven B2B or hospitality sector experience. You possess strong negotiation skills, the ability to close deals efficiently, and a genuine passion for the restaurant industry and food culture. You are fluent in German (C2 level) with good English proficiency, comfortable with CRM software, and thrive in fast-paced, independent environments. Your organizational skills, curiosity, and motivation to grow make you an ideal fit for this dynamic role.
