Teya is a Series C fintech company building a financial platform for local businesses across Europe. The company focuses on simplifying financial services for cafés, restaurants, salons, shops, and entrepreneurs through intuitive tools, thoughtful design, and human-centered support. As Field Sales Leader, you will manage and develop a sales team in Budapest, executing outbound sales strategies and driving revenue growth. You'll oversee day-to-day performance of sales representatives, monitoring key metrics including calls, meetings, conversions, and pipeline activity. Your responsibilities include providing regular performance feedback, conducting training sessions and call reviews, and coaching reps on objection handling, pitching, and closing techniques. You will ensure the team adheres to documented sales processes while collecting frontline feedback to propose process refinements to the Sales Manager. You'll track pipeline health, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain high conversion rates. Beyond metrics, you'll foster team motivation through recognition and healthy competition, maintain a positive high-performance culture, and act as a bridge between sales representatives and senior leadership. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing on campaign execution and with operations to ensure smooth deal handoffs. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify underperformance early and provide hands-on support. You'll report team performance and progress toward targets to the Sales Manager while providing market insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging trends. The position is based in Teya's office in the heart of Buda, with flexible working hours and an international team environment. The company offers comprehensive benefits including private health insurance, mental health days, public transport passes, and a collaborative, informal office culture.
