Complyance is a mission-driven GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform backed by top-tier VCs (Creandum, HV Capital, SpeedInvest) helping enterprises keep customer data safe. The company is on an early path to profitability with marquee customers including Dropbox, Doctolib, CVS Health, and Revlon, and is scaling rapidly across the US, UK, and Germany.
As Field & Partnerships Marketer, you'll own the US field strategy and calendar, working at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to turn relationships and events into pipeline. You'll report to the Director of Marketing and be based in New York (hybrid).
Key responsibilities include:
**Field Programs & Events**: Plan and execute the US event calendar—key conferences, investor/partner events, private dinners, and roundtables. Work with Sales to select events based on ICP and target accounts, not just logo value. Manage end-to-end logistics: invites, venues, agendas, production, and on-the-day coordination.
**Partnership Activation**: Collaborate with the Partnerships team to plan and execute joint programs with associations, analysts, investors, and key partners (e.g., OCEG, analyst firms, consulting partners). Support co-branded events, webinars, and content launches; coordinate messaging and measurement with partner marketing teams.
**Event Impact & Follow-up**: Ensure tight pre-event motion with target lists, clear messaging, and outreach. Drive at-event presence by helping Sales and executives tell compelling stories. Own post-event follow-up with summaries, personalized recaps, content bundles, and clear next steps.
**Content & Insights**: Capture stories, quotes, and insights from customers, prospects, and partners. Work with Marketing to turn field moments into case studies, clips, social content, and proof assets. Share structured feedback on messaging, objections, and what resonates with senior buyers.
**Cross-functional Alignment**: Partner tightly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. Align regularly on target accounts, regions, and verticals. Feed field intelligence back to Marketing on topics, offers, and formats that attract senior buyers. Ensure all field activity is tracked and visible in pipeline reports.
You bring 2+ years of B2B field marketing, partner marketing, or demand gen experience (ideally SaaS or Enterprise tech). You're a strong organizer and communicator who can juggle multiple programs and stakeholder groups. You're comfortable hosting executive dinners, moderating conversations, and being the point person at events. You understand enterprise sales cycles and think in terms of outcomes—meetings booked, opportunities created/moved, relationships deepened—not just event attendance.
Nice-to-haves: experience with associations/analysts (OCEG, Gartner, Verdantix), running executive dinners for CISOs/CCOs, HubSpot familiarity, and comfort collaborating across time zones with UK/European teams.
Complyance offers unlimited vacation, flexible hybrid working, a real training ground for career growth, monthly wellness and reading benefits, choice of laptop, and regular team events and off-sites.
