Toku is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive local growth and elevate marketing initiatives in Mexico. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive event strategies, experiences, industry partnerships, and branding initiatives to accelerate business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generate and accelerate business opportunities through an integrated events and experiences program aligned with business objectives
- Ensure strong ROI on marketing investments in events and experiences through budget management and optimization
- Partner strategically with the sales team (Payments Consultants and BDRs) to understand challenges and develop actions that accelerate pipeline creation and opportunity closure
- Articulate value propositions specific to industries and business verticals, ensuring proper adaptation to the Mexican market and target industries
- Coordinate and execute events (external and internal) with agencies and local stakeholders, maximizing sales impact and positioning
- Identify relevant industry associations and institutional partnerships for Toku, focusing on ecosystem positioning and business development
- Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies, ensuring brand consistency and quality of brand-related materials
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team to adapt key messages and produce strategic materials
- Measure and analyze results of all field marketing initiatives in Mexico
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
- Hands-on profile with ability to convert ideas into reality, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Experience in budget management and coordination with external providers and agencies
- Collaborative person with strong attention to detail, team orientation, and stakeholder coordination skills
