Honeycomb is a Series D-funded observability platform serving companies like Slack, HelloFresh, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard. Named to Forbes' America's Best Startups in 2022 and 2023, the company has scaled past 200 employees and is defining the future of developer tools. This Field Marketing Specialist role supports Honeycomb's field marketing programs across event logistics, program operations, and internal events. You'll work closely with regional field marketing managers, SDRs, field sales, and external partners to execute established plans. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes ownership, follows through with precision, and welcomes coaching as they grow their marketing career. Key responsibilities include executing event logistics and program operations against plans set by field marketing managers; building and maintaining event landing pages, registration workflows, communications, and supporting materials; coordinating tasks and timelines across field marketing, SDRs, field sales, and external partners; maintaining accurate event data, project records, and status updates; supporting swag and promotional vendor coordination; providing on-site execution support for regional programs and trade shows; identifying gaps early and keeping work moving toward deadlines; and applying feedback quickly to independently deliver logistics tasks. You'll bring 1–3 years of experience in marketing or events within B2B technology, or relevant transferable experience in go-to-market or administrative roles. Required skills include comfort with Salesforce and event registration platforms (Splash, Bizzabo), strong attention to detail, organization and project coordination, clear communication, ability to meet deadlines while working remotely, and openness to coaching. Experience with regional programs, trade shows, promotional vendors, or the DevOps space is a plus. Honeycomb is fully distributed, believing it's how you deliver that matters most. The company invests in people, emphasizes culture fit, and provides autonomy and accountability from day one.
