DocuSign is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of the Japan Marketing team. This individual contributor role reports to the Japan Marketing Director and is responsible for executing marketing operations across campaigns, events, webinars, content, and budget management.
Key responsibilities include:
**Campaign & Operations Management**: Own campaign intake and Jira ticketing for Japan marketing programs (emails, webinars, events, content hosting, newsletters). Write clear briefs with objectives, audience, KPIs, and timelines. Track ticket status across sprints and proactively unblock issues by coordinating with global Marketing Operations.
**Email & Event Execution**: Build, QA, and launch local newsletters, email blasts, and webinar/event email streams. Set up operational infrastructure for first-party webinars and virtual events, including template configuration, registration flows, and attendance tracking. Ensure consistent UTM parameters, subscription management, and compliance across all outbound communications.
**Reporting & Analytics**: Produce email and webinar performance reports (opens, clicks, registrations, attendance, MQL/SQO contribution). Build and maintain standard reporting views for Japan marketing by campaign, channel, and program to support QBRs and performance reviews.
**Localization & Content Support**: Identify and coordinate localization of marketing content (EN → JP) including emails, landing pages, banners, PDFs, and event assets. Support writing and refining Japanese copy for web, email, and campaign assets in partnership with content marketing teams.
**Data & Lead Management**: Own list uploads and data flows for Japan campaigns, ensuring secure handling and accurate mapping into Salesforce. Partner with Sales Ops to maintain clean campaign data and support attribution. Identify bottlenecks in lead import processes and lead initiatives to reduce manual effort.
**Budget & Vendor Coordination**: Support Japan Marketing budget operations by coordinating PO creation, invoice processing, and vendor documentation. Maintain records of vendor engagements and ensure spend is recorded against correct cost centers.
**Process Improvement**: Document standard operating procedures for Japan marketing operations and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational errors.
