Pendo's Field Marketing team is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the West region to serve as a strategic revenue partner embedded within the Enterprise sales organization. This hybrid role, based in San Francisco, focuses on driving pipeline growth, accelerating deals, and deepening customer relationships through targeted regional programs and campaigns.
Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering closely with Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and Account Directors to shape territory and account strategy, owning dedicated programs for top 10 priority accounts each quarter (including executive gifting, on-site visits, bespoke events, and account-specific content), and planning approximately three regional in-person field events per quarter. You will develop fluency in intent data platforms to monitor buying signals and translate them into account-specific actions, coordinate with the Enterprise demand generation team to align scaled campaigns with field initiatives, and analyze program performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a builder with a strategic mindset who operates autonomously, identifies gaps, and shapes solutions without waiting for direction. You should be genuinely AI-curious, rewiring your workflows around AI tools to increase speed and output. You'll need strong project management and communication skills to juggle event logistics, stakeholder alignment, timelines, and reporting simultaneously, with comfort operating in fast-changing environments and a willingness to travel for events and on-site execution.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant B2B experience in event planning and sales partnership, demonstrated ability to partner across Sales, Demand Generation, and executive stakeholders, and an agentic mindset with experience creating AI-enabled workflows. Nice-to-haves include B2B SaaS event marketing background, experience with intent data platforms, proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, and Splash, and product fluency to hold credible VP-level conversations.
