Datadog is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional field marketing programs across the UK and Ireland that drive pipeline, build brand awareness, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role spans campaigns, account-based marketing, and events, with close partnership with Sales, Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Communications teams.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional field marketing programs that drive pipeline and strengthen Datadog's brand presence; owning marketing pipeline generation from conception through execution to results; evaluating and prioritizing third-party sponsorship opportunities based on audience fit, brand visibility, and pipeline potential; partnering with Sales and field marketing teams to align target account lists and build pipeline-driving campaigns; collaborating with Communications and Partner Marketing on messaging and co-marketing opportunities; owning on-site logistics and execution for events with high-touch, on-brand delivery; tracking and reporting on program and event performance metrics including pipeline influenced and cost-per-lead; serving as the regional point of contact for field marketing strategy; and building toward a broader regional field marketing remit as the role matures.
You bring 7+ years of B2B field marketing experience, ideally in enterprise technology or SaaS, with direct ownership of regional field marketing programs and budgets. You have a proven track record building and executing field marketing programs including managing third-party sponsorship relationships under tight timelines and fixed budgets. You're comfortable owning budgets and making trade-off decisions to protect ROI, highly organized and deadline-driven, able to juggle multiple concurrent programs, and a strong collaborator who aligns cross-functional teams. You're data-driven, comfortable tracking pipeline impact and reporting to leadership, fluent in English, and willing to travel 40-50% within the region during peak event season.
