Coder is an AI software development company building autonomous coding agents for enterprise teams. As Field Marketing Manager, you'll execute regional field marketing programs across North America that drive awareness, support sales pipeline, and create memorable experiences for developers and technical buyers. You'll work closely with a Senior Marketing Manager, sales teams, and partners to bring Coder's regional marketing strategy to life. Your responsibilities include planning and executing virtual and in-person events (developer roundtables, meetups, enterprise programs), running account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-priority accounts, and coordinating co-branded initiatives with strategic partners and resellers. Key responsibilities: Execute regional field marketing plans aligned to global strategy; run events that resonate with technical audiences; support lead generation and pipeline goals through strategic programs and clear sales handoffs; localize global campaign content for North American markets; partner with sales on ABM plays to turn target account lists into pipeline; coordinate account-specific assets and personalized outreach; manage project timelines, vendors, and cross-functional inputs; keep stakeholders informed and aligned. You bring 4–7 years of field marketing experience in B2B technology or developer-focused companies. You have hands-on experience executing regional field programs (events, partner campaigns, sales-aligned motions), supporting ABM programs with target account planning and personalized touchpoints, and strong project management skills using tools like Asana. You're comfortable managing multiple programs simultaneously while staying organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and proven ability to partner closely with sales teams. Bonus experience includes marketing to developers, platform engineering, or DevOps teams; enterprise SaaS or cloud infrastructure background; familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, or ABM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense); partner/channel marketing programs; and measuring field marketing ROI across attendance, engagement, and pipeline influence.
