Datadog is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to drive high-impact marketing programs across the North Central region of North America. You'll partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams to generate pipeline and deliver compelling in-person and virtual events. This role offers hands-on ownership of regional marketing initiatives, from campaign strategy through execution and cross-functional alignment. Key responsibilities include planning and executing field marketing programs such as Datadog Live events, third-party sponsorships, customer panels, workshops, and executive experiences. You'll manage field projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery, and own logistics and execution for smaller, high-touch regional events. Collaboration is central—you'll work closely with Sales, Demand Generation, Marketing Ops, and other teams to maximize event engagement and track program results to evaluate pipeline impact and optimize future campaigns. You bring 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology. You're creative and results-oriented with a strong passion for customer-centric event experiences. You're highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines, and comfortable taking initiative independently. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) are essential. Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Suite, and project management tools is a plus. You're willing to travel up to 40%. Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace, valuing office culture for collaboration and creativity while enabling work-life harmony. The company offers competitive compensation, new hire stock equity (RSUs), employee stock purchase plans, continuous career development, best-in-class onboarding, internal mentorship, and a friendly, inclusive culture.
