Key responsibilities include:
**Field & Channel Marketing:** Develop and deliver regional marketing programmes aligned with sales territory plans and pipeline goals. Work closely with sales leadership and partner teams to execute joint marketing initiatives, co-branded events, digital campaigns, and demand generation activities.
**Events & Campaigns:** Plan and manage high-impact regional events including conferences, roadshows, partner summits, and webinars. Coordinate logistics, budgets, and post-event follow-up to maximize engagement and pipeline creation.
**Partner Enablement:** Develop co-marketing and partner enablement activities to drive adoption and joint revenue growth. Create marketing toolkits, campaign templates, and enablement resources tailored for partner use in the region.
**Measurement & Collaboration:** Partner with sales and business development teams to optimize lead follow-up and conversion. Measure and report on field and channel marketing performance, tracking engagement, conversion, velocity, and ROI.
**Content & Localization:** Adapt and localize global messaging for regional relevance, including Dutch/Danish-language adaptation where appropriate. Contribute to compelling campaign copy, partner assets, and digital marketing content.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, relationship-driven self-starter with strong project execution skills and deep understanding of the Nordics/Benelux market nuances.
