As Field Marketing Manager for LATAM, you will execute integrated marketing programs in partnership with field sales, channel partners, and sales development teams to drive demand and accelerate pipeline. This is a hands-on role combining strategic planning with tactical execution across a dynamic region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute multi-touch, multi-dimensional field and channel marketing programs, events, and regional campaigns
- Create pipeline generation programs targeting large enterprise accounts
- Design integrated marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, Cyera-hosted events, third-party sponsorships, direct mail, and teleprospecting
- Collaborate with sales leadership on pipeline coverage, territory planning, and sales alignment
- Partner with business development on account targeting, lead prioritization, and progression
- Enable and educate sales teams on new marketing initiatives and messaging
- Manage regional field marketing budget and spend allocation
- Develop co-marketing plans with channel partners and alliances
- Measure and optimize field marketing performance against targets, tracking reach, conversion, velocity, value, and ROI
- Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue coordination, AV, catering, and onsite execution
- Develop webinar content and programs for enterprise accounts
