Cyera is a leading data security platform purpose-built for the cloud era, trusted by Fortune 1000 companies globally. We're seeking an energetic Field Marketing Manager to execute multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing programs across LATAM in partnership with field sales, channel partners, and sales development teams.
In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of regional marketing initiatives designed to drive pipeline development and brand awareness. You'll develop and execute integrated campaigns spanning digital marketing, events, sponsorships, direct mail, and teleprospecting. Key responsibilities include:
• Actively support pipeline generation and brand awareness through field and channel marketing programs, events, and regional campaigns
• Create targeted pipeline generation programs for large enterprise accounts
• Develop integrated marketing programs for the region, including digital, events, sponsorships, and direct outreach
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to optimize pipeline coverage, acceleration, and territorial alignment
• Partner with business development on lead targeting, prioritization, and progression
• Enable and educate the sales team on new marketing initiatives and messaging
• Manage regional field marketing budget and spend
• Develop co-marketing plans with channel partners and alliances
• Measure and analyze performance against targets, improving waterfall metrics (reach, conversion, velocity, value, ROI)
• Execute all event logistics including onsite management, venue coordination, AV, catering, and webinar content development
