Datadog is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to design and execute event-driven field marketing programs across the EMEA region. This role is central to building and scaling Datadog's regional marketing practice through strategic partnerships with enterprise sales teams.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the EMEA field marketing strategy aligned with overall go-to-market objectives. You will work closely with regional enterprise sales teams to understand market priorities and create customer and prospect-facing programs that drive pipeline and opportunity creation. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of high-impact events including executive breakfasts and dinners, technical workshops, customer-led panels, and partner events, with a strong emphasis on content strategy and live delivery.
Program management spans the full lifecycle: pre-event promotion and outreach (direct mail, email, digital ads), on-site execution ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment, and post-event measurement and analysis. You'll track program results, identify new best practices through experimentation, and communicate ROI to stakeholders. Additionally, you'll own sales enablement and recruitment for company-wide events in North America, including AWS re:Invent, GCP tradeshows, Datadog's Dash user conference, and customer summits.
You bring a minimum of five years of B2B technology marketing experience, with a proven track record of building successful partnerships with sales teams to deliver results-driven programs. You are equally creative and analytically driven, capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential, and multilingual abilities are valued. You're comfortable with up to 50% travel and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
