Mistral is a full-stack AI company providing frontier models, developer tools, applications, and compute infrastructure. The company partners with enterprises across finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector to co-create customized AI systems. As Field Marketing Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will own and execute Mistral's regional field marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth. This is a strategic and hands-on role combining planning with execution. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and owning the regional field marketing plan and budget aligned with go-to-market objectives - Partnering with regional sales leadership to translate territory priorities and target accounts into field marketing programs - Executing end-to-end field programs including third-party conference sponsorships, Mistral-owned events (summits, roundtables, forums), account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and partner marketing campaigns - Managing project timelines, vendor relationships, logistics, and speaker coordination - Allocating and optimizing the regional marketing budget - Monitoring progress against objectives, analyzing campaign results, and iterating on strategies for continuous improvement - Engaging proactively with stakeholders across sales, product marketing, demand generation, communications, and public affairs You bring 5+ years of field marketing experience with demonstrated success in owned events, conference sponsorships, partner marketing, and ABM. You have a strong enterprise B2B tech background with deep understanding of enterprise selling and B2B business models. You have proven experience managing field marketing programs in the DACH region and are fluent in German and English. You are a strategic thinker and problem solver who can translate business needs into actionable plans, with strong project management skills suited to fast-paced, high-growth environments. You are self-motivated, result-oriented, resourceful, and intellectually curious with a growth mindset.
