Aspire is a Series C fintech company building a financial operating system for global founders and startups. The platform integrates banking, software, and automation to help businesses manage finances across borders. Aspire is expanding into the Australian market and seeking a Field Marketing Manager to launch and scale the commercial engine from the ground up.
As the first dedicated marketer for Australia, you will own the complete go-to-market strategy for the local market. This is a zero-to-one expansion role requiring someone who can build a lead generation machine from scratch while adapting to local market dynamics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing AU-specific marketing programs to drive brand awareness and generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) against ambitious growth targets
- Creating diverse buyer experiences, from intimate founder socials to premium CFO roundtables, tailored to Australian decision-makers
- Owning the full events calendar end-to-end: planning, venue selection, vendor management, onsite logistics, and lead capture
- Establishing ROI tracking for all activations, monitoring Cost Per Lead (CPL), and ensuring clean lead routing to the sales team
- Collaborating cross-functionally with the Country Expansion Lead to synchronize field activities with broader sales and partnership motions
- Gathering competitive intelligence and customer feedback to validate positioning and inform central marketing and product teams
You should have 4–6 years of marketing experience with a proven track record in field marketing, event management, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS or Fintech. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, scrappy, and driven by metrics. You are comfortable with ambiguity, understand Australian business culture, and possess strong analytical rigor. You have a generalist mindset and willingness to step beyond pure field marketing into content localization, partner marketing, or sales enablement as needed. Quality execution and brand representation are non-negotiable.
