Salary: USD 118,000 - 140,000 / annual
Witness AI is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to serve as the in-region marketing expert and partner to the field sales organization. The company has invented intent-based AI security, providing visibility into how employees and systems use AI to stop jailbreaks, data exfiltration, and shadow AI before damage occurs.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional teams including Regional Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, Channel Sales Directors, and regional partners to plan and execute programs that drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and deepen customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating quarterly field marketing plans that generate demand and increase funnel velocity in your assigned territory, incorporating input from the regional sales team
- Owning end-to-end execution of regional programs such as virtual events, in-person events, and executive roundtables
- Managing all logistics, promotions, communications, SDR hand-offs, and post-program follow-up
- Supporting planning and execution of national tradeshows, conferences, and customer events as needed
- Owning the in-region field marketing budget, tracking spend, and evaluating performance against CPL, ROI, and pipeline contribution metrics
- Providing weekly and monthly program reporting with detailed event analytics
The role is based remotely in either the U.S. Central or Northeast region, with 15–20% travel within your assigned region. You will report to the Director of Field & Customer Marketing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B/cybersecurity field marketing or partner marketing
- Proven experience supporting or partnering with sales organizations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Salesforce to track program performance and report on pipeline contribution
- Experience with social channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter) for event promotions
- Creative thinking and ability to identify new opportunities to engage customers and prospects
