As Field Marketing Manager, you will drive high-impact marketing programs across the region, balancing strategic planning with tactical execution. Your core responsibilities include developing and executing the regional marketing plan to drive brand awareness and achieve lead/pipeline targets, building strong partnerships with local sales and SDR teams on lead generation initiatives, and implementing localized Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs aligned with sales priorities and revenue goals.
You will own regional events from concept through execution—including tradeshows, regional sales events, and third-party sponsored events. You'll collaborate across central marketing functions (Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Corporate Communications, Carrier Marketing, Customer & Partner Marketing, and Design) to deliver integrated campaigns. You'll also manage PR and media relationships through project44's agency partners to drive brand awareness with key media outlets, journalists, associations, and local influencers. Content localization and translation will be part of your portfolio.
The role requires leveraging multiple channels—social media, digital platforms, website, events, PR, and strategic partnerships—to enhance targeted engagement with key accounts. You'll be expected to use AI tools thoughtfully in your day-to-day work and maintain a data-driven, ROI-focused approach to all initiatives. Travel up to 30% is required. The company emphasizes a 4-day-per-week in-office commitment at their Chicago headquarters.
