Prevalent Networks seeks a Field Marketing Manager to own field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline contribution for Workforce Compliance solutions. This individual contributor role reports to the Director of Demand Generation and works closely with SDRs and AEs to convert webinars, third-party partnerships, conferences, and customer events into qualified meetings and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Planning & Reporting: Build quarterly field plans mapping programs to pipeline targets, MQL quotas, and Sales priorities. Report weekly on MQLs, hot leads, meetings, conversion rates, and pipeline by program. Recommend program adjustments based on pipeline ROI metrics.
Webinars & Partnerships: Plan and execute Mitratech-hosted webinars and AMAs with Product Marketing. Manage third-party partners (HR Morning, I Hate It Here, HR Brew, HCI) including placements, co-hosted webinars, vendor budgets, and pipeline benchmarking. Segment registrants and tailor follow-up accordingly.
Events & In-Person Programs: Own pipeline planning for conferences, regional events, executive roundtables, and prospect dinners from pre-event outreach through post-event follow-up. Coordinate with SDRs on pre-booking meetings, manage post-event retargeting from badge scans, and collaborate with Customer Marketing and Partner Marketing on advocacy and referrals.
Sales & SDR Alignment: Own lead routing, SDR and AE talk tracks, re-engagement sprints, and follow-up timing. Track conversion from MQL to meeting to opportunity by program and diagnose breakdowns. Meet regularly with SDR leadership and AEs to refine messaging and targeting.
Signal-Triggered Plays: Identify and run calendar-independent plays based on signals (multi-registrant accounts, webinar attendance, badge scans, intent data from 6sense, ZoomInfo, Qualified). Build evergreen cross-sell programs between Workforce Compliance products.
Measurement & Operations: Own campaign setup, naming, and source tagging in HubSpot and Salesforce. Reconcile attribution with RevOps. Build repeatable playbooks and templates. Leverage AI for list building, personalization, follow-up, and reporting.
Requirements & Skills:
- 5+ years in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation with demonstrated pipeline contribution
- Hands-on experience running in-person and virtual events and webinars as an individual contributor
- Direct experience working with SDRs and AEs; clear understanding of Sales motions from leads to opportunities
- Proven ability to report pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and conversion rates using Salesforce, HubSpot (campaigns, attribution, reports), and webinar platforms (e.g., Goldcast)
- Strong project management and multi-program execution
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Media, Digital, ABM, Customer Marketing, and RevOps
- Day-to-day proficiency with AI tools for research, personalization, follow-up, and reporting
