Pallet is building AI agents to transform the physical economy, a $12 trillion global industry. The company has raised $50M from top investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer Venture Partners, and Bain Capital Ventures, and has achieved 700% revenue growth in under two years. As Field Marketing Manager, you will own the planning and execution of high-impact field programs that create demand, deepen customer relationships, build brand awareness, and directly influence pipeline. You'll work on the front lines of market presence, from major industry conferences to intimate executive dinners, customer roundtables, and targeted field campaigns. Key responsibilities include executing up to three field programs per week with end-to-end management from planning through post-program analysis. You'll develop creative out-of-home, account-based marketing (ABM), and guerrilla marketing campaigns designed to reach target accounts in unexpected ways and break through noise. You'll manage event budgets across booths, sponsorships, travel, and swag; partner closely with sales and marketing teams on alignment and custom outreach; identify high-impact events aligned with Pallet's ideal customer profile; analyze program performance to measure success and drive improvements; build scalable playbooks and templates; and share post-program insights to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative campaign thinker, operational project manager, and revenue partner. You thrive in fast-moving environments, bring structure to complexity, and get excited about turning ideas into programs that sales teams actually use and prospects remember. You see field marketing as a growth engine, not just an events function, and love the full lifecycle from identifying opportunities through strategy, execution, and measurement. You can move fluidly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, take ownership proactively, and connect field marketing work directly to pipeline, revenue, and company goals. This is a full-time, onsite role (5 days/week) with approximately 25% travel. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in field marketing, sales, marketing, events, or related areas, with proven ability to independently manage end-to-end events within 7-30 day turnarounds, ideally having managed 20+ events per year. Strong project management, organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience managing event budgets and vendor relationships are essential.
