Eudia is an AI-powered legal tech platform backed by $105M in Series A funding from General Catalyst. The company is transforming legal work for Fortune 500 in-house teams through augmented intelligence, enabling faster decision-making and risk mitigation. Eudia ships solutions rapidly—days rather than months—and counts Cargill, Coherent, DHL, and Duracell among its customers. As Field Marketing Manager, you will own Eudia's event program across North America and Europe, managing approximately 27 events annually. This includes industry conferences, sponsored summits, executive dinners, and customer roundtables. You will drive the full lifecycle: event selection and budgeting, logistics (venue contracts, booth design, shipping, registration, staffing, collateral), on-site leadership at flagship events, and post-event reporting tied to pipeline impact. Key responsibilities include designing executive-level experiences (private dinners, CLO roundtables, customer advisory sessions), partnering with Sales and SDRs on target lists and follow-up cadences, managing sponsorship packages and contracted benefits, building pre-show enablement (briefing docs, talk tracks, booth schedules), tracking spend against budget, managing physical inventory (booth assets, collateral, giveaways), and researching new event opportunities across legal, procurement, and enterprise AI verticals. You will report event performance against pipeline goals, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline, meetings booked, and cost per opportunity to inform future event strategy. The role is hands-on: you'll handle setup, keep teams on message, and ensure every interaction reflects Eudia's brand to General Counsels and Chief Legal Officers. Required: 4–6 years running B2B events at technology companies with direct ownership of trade shows and field programs. You must demonstrate a track record of tying event spend to pipeline attribution, strong project management across multiple concurrent events and vendors, comfort engaging senior executives, execution-first mindset, hands-on Salesforce and marketing automation platform (HubSpot/Marketo) experience, project management tools (Notion/Asana), and strong spreadsheet skills. Travel up to 30% across US and Europe, including some weekends and physical event setup, is required.
