Cogent Security is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to scale their field marketing motion and drive pipeline growth. The company builds autonomous cyber defense with AI agents that help security teams move from identifying risk to actually fixing it. This hands-on execution role sits within the Demand Generation arm of Growth and partners closely with Sales, SDR, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and RevOps. You will own field strategy and program planning, including building regional and account-based field plans aligned to pipeline targets, priority accounts, and sales territories. You'll support a mix of executive roundtables, dinners, roadshows, conferences, partner activations, and VIP experiences. In the first few months, you will help build the field marketing operating system: event calendar, target-account planning, pre/post-event workflows, rep and partner coordination, follow-up SLAs, AI-powered logistics tracking, and reporting that demonstrates which programs create real pipeline. You will run end-to-end execution for assigned field programs, including planning, logistics, venues/vendors, invitations, on-site experience, materials, and speaker coordination. You'll coordinate tightly with Account Executives, SDRs, Partnerships, and leadership to ensure target accounts are invited, followed up with, and converted into meetings and opportunities. You'll help build repeatable playbooks, workflows, and AI-assisted tracking systems to manage logistics, tasks, vendors, follow-up, and reporting across multiple programs. You will track event performance across registration, attendance, target-account engagement, meetings, SQLs, pipeline, deal acceleration, and ROI. You'll partner with RevOps to keep attribution, campaign membership, follow-up, and pipeline reporting clean. You'll support co-marketing and channel activations with partners, including regional programs, deal-registration follow-up, and better-together stories. You'll use AI and automation to improve event research, targeting, personalized outreach, logistics tracking, task management, post-event follow-up, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 2-4+ years in field marketing, event marketing, partner marketing, demand generation, or marketing/program operations in B2B SaaS or technology. You're a strong project manager who can keep logistics, vendors, budgets, calendars, stakeholders, and follow-up moving. You're comfortable working directly with Sales and SDR teams on target accounts, invite lists, event conversion, and follow-up. You have good taste for customer/prospect experience and brand quality, and you're detail-oriented enough to make programs feel polished. You're curious with data and willing to inspect registration, attendance, meetings, pipeline influence, and ROI. You're AI-forward and look for ways to automate research, outreach, logistics tracking, workflows, and reporting without losing quality. You're willing to travel for events and field activations as needed.
