Clarasight is building AI-powered mission control software for corporate travel, trusted by Fortune 500 companies representing over $5T in market value. The company helps enterprises reduce travel risks, optimize costs, protect revenues, and manage emissions aligned with sustainability goals.
As Field Marketing Manager, you will own Clarasight's field marketing strategy and execution end-to-end. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in event planning, vendor management, and logistics execution.
Key responsibilities include:
• Strategy & Planning: Build and manage a calendar of field events (dinners, roundtables, conferences, customer summits) aligned with pipeline and brand objectives. Prioritize events by account tier and pipeline stage across regions.
• Vendor & Venue Management: Source venues and negotiate contracts with caterers, AV providers, production companies, and other vendors. Secure favorable terms while managing risk and protecting budget.
• Event Operations: Manage full logistics from registration and travel coordination through run-of-show, on-site staffing, and day-of execution. Serve as primary point of contact for all vendors and partners.
• Budget & ROI: Own event budgets with rigor, track spend against plan, and report pipeline impact and ROI to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Sales Alignment: Partner with Sales on account-based field events tied directly to pipeline and revenue goals. Represent Clarasight at industry conferences and trade shows, managing booth logistics and sponsorships.
• Travel: Attend on-site events as needed (~30–40% travel).
You bring 5+ years of event management experience in B2B SaaS or fast-moving environments. You have directly negotiated vendor and venue contracts, managed event logistics independently, and demonstrated ability to show ROI. You can juggle multiple events simultaneously without losing detail and travel regularly. Nice-to-haves include account-based event experience, familiarity with event management platforms (Splash, Bizzabo, Cvent), background in enterprise software or fintech, and comfort working alongside AI systems.
