Contribute field insights and best practices across the marketing organization.
**Event & Project Management:** Own end-to-end execution of events (tradeshows, leadership forums, partner and community events) from planning through post-event reporting. Develop detailed event briefs outlining goals, deliverables, and cross-functional responsibilities. Build a documented, repeatable event playbook that other team members can execute. Lead weekly alignment meetings with internal stakeholders. Manage all timelines, deliverables, and logistics. Oversee event swag strategy, sourcing, and distribution. Deliver post-event reporting with performance metrics, financial reconciliation, and insights.
**Stakeholder & Vendor Management:** Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) and external vendors. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships. Manage budgets and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
