As Field Marketing Manager, you will execute and scale regional demand generation programs designed to grow pipeline and revenue. You'll translate marketing strategy into on-the-ground execution: planning and delivering high-impact executive events, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars; developing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects; and launching integrated multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels. You'll partner closely with sales and growth teams to engage target accounts, support deal acceleration, and build experiences that move deals forward.
Key responsibilities include executing regional field marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals; planning and delivering executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars; developing and executing ABM campaigns; launching integrated multi-channel campaigns; experimenting with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach; tracking and reporting on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI; and supporting co-marketing initiatives with partners and industry communities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing in the cybersecurity field
- Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows
