As Field Marketing Manager for APAC, you will own and execute the regional marketing strategy across key Asia Pacific markets as the company scales its investment and presence in the region. You'll partner closely with sales, demand generation, and operations teams to deliver high-impact field programs that build pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen brand presence. Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional field marketing plans and event strategies aligned to revenue goals; planning and delivering a mix of executive events and large industry activations across APAC in partnership with sales and global marketing; collaborating with partners on joint programs to drive engagement and co-sell opportunities; enabling sales and SDR teams to maximize impact around key events with consistent messaging and coordinated outreach; working cross-functionally with demand generation and RevOps to optimize event promotion and lead flow; and tracking event performance to continuously improve pipeline contribution and ROI. You bring 5+ years of field marketing experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, with proven ability to build trusted partnerships with sales, SDRs, and partner teams. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. You are a creative, strategic thinker who designs memorable event experiences, proactive and hands-on with strong ownership. You communicate fluently in English with excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong cultural awareness to adapt programs across diverse Asian markets, and are willing to travel regionally for events and partner engagements.
