Cyera is a cloud-era data security platform trusted by Fortune 1000 companies globally. We're seeking an energetic Field Marketing Manager for the ANZ region to drive demand generation and support field sales acceleration through integrated marketing programs.
In this role, you'll execute multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing campaigns including events, digital programs, sponsorships, and direct outreach. You'll partner closely with field sales, account management, and channel teams to build pipeline, drive brand awareness, and optimize territory coverage across the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute field and channel marketing programs, events, and regional campaigns
- Create pipeline generation initiatives for large enterprise accounts
- Design integrated marketing programs combining digital, events, sponsorships, direct mail, and teleprospecting
- Collaborate with sales on pipeline optimization, territory planning, and sales enablement
- Manage event logistics end-to-end, including venue coordination, AV, catering, and onsite execution
- Develop co-marketing plans with channel partners and alliances
- Measure field marketing performance against targets and improve waterfall metrics (reach, conversion, velocity, value, ROI)
- Create targeted messaging for single accounts and account clusters
- Support webinar development for enterprise audiences
- Manage regional field marketing budget and spend
