Factory is seeking a Head of Field Marketing for EMEA to build and own the regional field and account-based marketing motion from the ground up. This is a foundational leadership role based in the London office, partnering closely with Sales and global Marketing to establish Factory's in-market presence across the EMEA region. You will own the complete EMEA field marketing strategy, including regional planning, budget allocation, pipeline targets, and quarterly operating rhythm. Responsibilities span high-touch ABM programs, executive events, strategic sponsorships, customer dinners, roundtables, and regional activations—all tied to target accounts and sales priorities. Key deliverables include: developing and executing the EMEA field marketing calendar across priority markets and segments; planning and executing executive dinners, webinars, boutique ABM events, developer meetups, and industry conferences; managing the full event lifecycle from strategy through post-event optimization; measuring pipeline impact and ROI rigorously; surfacing market insights to inform broader go-to-market strategy; and creating scalable playbooks for replication. You will serve as the senior marketing partner to EMEA Sales leadership, identifying investment priorities and turning engagement into pipeline and revenue. The role is both strategic and hands-on—you will own regional strategy while rolling up your sleeves to execute. Over time, you will help build and scale the regional team needed to support Factory's growth. Required experience includes owning a regional field marketing motion across EMEA, driving pipeline through field programs supporting Enterprise and Mid-Market sales, and planning/executing ABM-style events and executive programs. You should have strong project management skills, comfort with marketing tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Luma, intent data platforms), and willingness to travel regularly across EMEA. Experience at high-growth startups or hyper-growth tech companies is strongly preferred.
