As Field Marketing Director, you will lead comprehensive field marketing strategy and execution for MISUMI Americas, driving demand generation, brand authority, and customer engagement. You will own the full spectrum of events, community programs, and SWAG initiatives while collaborating closely with the ABM team to deliver high-impact, account-based experiences. This high-visibility role bridges broader GTM objectives with localized marketing activations, ensuring measurable pipeline growth and ROI across key engineering and manufacturing segments. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and executing all corporate and community events (trade shows, summits, customer events, webinars, field activations) - Partnering with the Director of ABM to plan account-based events and align target-account investment and attribution - Owning SWAG program strategy and budget across Sales, Marketing, and internal initiatives - Developing event and field marketing performance reporting and ROI analysis; presenting to VP of Marketing and executive team - Defining and owning field marketing strategy, budget, and annual plan aligned to GTM and revenue goals - Partnering with VP of Marketing, CMO, Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and Communications on strategy and execution Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in field, event, or experiential marketing in B2B technology, manufacturing, or industrial markets. You should have experience managing outside vendors, agencies, and contractors; proven budget ownership ($1M+); and a track record building programs from the ground up. ABM or account-based marketing partnership experience is valued. Executive presence and comfort presenting to C-suite stakeholders are essential. The role requires 35–40% annual travel domestically for trade shows, summits, customer events, and leadership offsites.
