ElevenLabs is a $11B AI research and product company founded in January 2023, now serving millions of users and thousands of enterprises including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. The company has raised $781M from top-tier investors (Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, Sequoia) and operates three main platforms: ElevenAgents (AI voice/chat agents for customer experience), ElevenCreative (speech, music, image, video generation across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (foundational AI audio models for developers). This Field Marketing Manager role is central to North America GTM strategy, focusing on building demand and pipeline for ElevenAgents across two to three priority verticals: healthcare, financial services, telco, and retail/e-commerce. You will own the complete field marketing engine—from territory and account strategy through program design, execution, budget management, and pipeline attribution. Key responsibilities include: designing and executing a repeatable program mix (executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, account-based plays) that generates net new pipeline quarterly; partnering with enterprise sales teams on named account lists; developing vertical-specific narratives with product marketing; managing event budgets and timelines in Salesforce and Dream Data; analyzing program ROI and recommending what to scale; coordinating follow-up with participants; and amplifying field programs through paid media and demand generation. You'll work in a high-velocity, impact-driven culture with minimal bureaucracy. The company emphasizes AI-first operations, excellence across all functions, and global talent prioritization over location. ElevenLabs offers professional development stipends, annual social travel budgets, co-working stipends for remote employees, and annual company offsites. Required: 7+ years in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing with demonstrated pipeline and revenue influence; deep expertise marketing into at least two of the target verticals; track record reaching enterprise buying committees on six and seven-figure deals; fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution; peer-level relationship with GTM teams.
