Peregrine Technologies, backed by leading Silicon Valley investors, builds an AI-enabled platform that transforms siloed data into operational intelligence for public safety organizations, government agencies, and private institutions. The platform currently serves hundreds of customers across 30+ states and two countries, reaching over 125 million people. As the first Field Marketer focused exclusively on customer programming, you will own the end-to-end field program designed to engage power-users, leadership, and elected officials. You'll build on existing field motion to drive user engagement, evangelism, and solidify Peregrine's position as a key partner for government agencies pursuing responsible AI, governance, data privacy, and digital transformation. Key responsibilities include: - Building the event program from the ground up: power-user education (user groups, workshops) and executive thought leadership programming on AI, governance, and digital transformation - Partnering with Customer Advocacy and Field Development to design curricula with genuine training value - Owning field programs including user gatherings, executive events, roundtables, and workshops tailored to each audience - Building customer communities that connect peers and deepen engagement - Working with trade associations to build Peregrine's presence in target segments - Developing repeatable programs that surface and accelerate expansion opportunities - Partnering with Customer Advocacy and Content to activate champions through speaking and storytelling - Measuring impact against clear KPIs: attendance, NPS, expansion pipeline, referral pipeline, and adoption metrics You'll need 4+ years in customer marketing, field marketing, account-based marketing, or related roles. Experience developing high-touch, first-party customer programs, events, communities, or account-based campaigns is essential. You should understand how customer marketing supports expansion, retention, advocacy, and long-term customer value. Strong program development skills, ability to build repeatable motions that scale across regions and segments, and experience building training curricula are valued. Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms is required. Experience in public sector, public safety, or state and local government is highly desirable. The role requires regular travel to support customer programs and regional engagement.
