Infisical is an open-source security infrastructure platform for secrets management, certificates, and privileged access management. The company has raised $19M from Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, with customers including Hugging Face, OpenRouter, LG, and NVIDIA.
You will own Infisical's events strategy end-to-end, spanning in-person conferences, webinars, and partner events. Your primary responsibilities include:
**Conference Program Ownership:** Select which conferences to attend and determine booth size/investment level. Manage the events budget, coordinate with booth vendors, handle shipping and swag logistics, staff events, and manage on-site operations for major conferences like KubeCon, RSAC, and AWS re:Invent. Plan ancillary events such as happy hours and dinners around conferences. Build relationships with event organizers to secure premium booth placements and speaking slots.
**Field Events & Sales Collaboration:** Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, and regional events alongside account executives. Coordinate pre-event outreach to target accounts and facilitate meeting bookings on-site. Develop post-event follow-up workflows with sales and growth marketing, including sales sequences and email nurture campaigns to ensure timely and repeated contact with prospects.
**Digital Events & Partnerships:** Manage the webinar program from topic selection and speaker recruitment through promotion and follow-up. Source and execute co-marketing webinars with partner companies and complementary developer tools. Support community meetups in collaboration with the startup and ecosystem team.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with growth marketing on digital promotion, content marketing on event materials and booth design, and explore new tools to streamline event operations and follow-up processes.
You will report to the Marketing lead and work within a fast-paced, agile environment where you'll have immediate impact. The team operates primarily remote with a strong San Francisco office presence and regular in-person gatherings.
