Haus is a causal marketing platform that helps top businesses optimize billions in ad spend worldwide using AI-driven technology and insights from PhD economists and data scientists. The company serves major brands including Dyson, Wayfair, Sonos, FanDuel, SharkNinja, and Intuit.
You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Haus's event and field marketing program. This is a build role where you'll partner with marketing leadership to define which events to attend, which formats to use, and which accounts to target—then execute everything from design through follow-up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with marketing leadership to define event strategy aligned with business objectives
- Owning the full portfolio of events: Haus-owned events, executive dinners, sponsored conferences, summits, and roadshows
- Running end-to-end execution including site selection, vendor negotiation, registration, agenda, staffing, production, and logistics
- Managing the event marketing budget and making tradeoff decisions
- Coordinating with Sales, Demand Generation, and BDR on target account selection, pre-event outreach, on-site coverage, and post-event follow-up
- Measuring post-event pipeline impact and determining what to repeat or kill
- Testing new formats and engagement models for both technical and non-technical audiences
Haus values customer obsession, high ownership, experimentation over debate, and moving fast without waiting for a playbook. The team works in small, lean pods where each person raises the bar in their area. AI is integrated into daily work to move faster and think more clearly. The company offers flexible PTO, equity, comprehensive health insurance, WFH stipend, team events and offsites, and free lunch at office hubs. While remote, the company gives preference to candidates within commuting distance of San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City offices.
Requirements:
- 5–7 years in field/event marketing, ideally in B2B, with experience owning programs end to end
- Proven track record of getting Sales to show up and follow through, earning reps' trust, and driving account work before and after events
- Track record of tying events to pipeline and revenue, not just attendance metrics
- Experience running a portfolio of formats simultaneously (owned events, sponsorships, conferences, roadshows) with real budget accountability
- Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
- Ability to stay calm under last-minute changes and re-plan rather than freeze
- Comfort operating without a finished playbook and bringing structure to ambiguity
Nice to have:
- Experience in marketing or ad tech (or willingness to get fluent quickly)
- Experience marketing to senior marketing, analytics, or finance buyers
- Experience at a company making the mid-market-to-enterprise transition
- Experience building a field/event marketing program from scratch
- Small-format and executive dinner experience beyond large conferences
