In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to large manufacturers, enterprises, and defense contractors. You'll support strategic accounts by identifying technical requirements, researching solutions, and presenting demonstrations of PQShield's cryptography software and hardware offerings. Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting sales cycles with strategic accounts, identifying requirements, and presenting technical solutions
• Educating prospects on PQShield's products and quantum-safe cryptography technology
• Creating customer-facing demos, Q&A documents, Statements of Work, and technical guides
• Collaborating with Engineering and Sales teams to identify technical steps needed to close opportunities
• Ensuring the Engineering team understands customer requirements and timelines
• Providing feedback from customers to inform product positioning and messaging
• Maintaining accurate technical information in CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Jira, GitHub)
You'll work with a growing US-based team, reporting to management while collaborating closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams. The role requires 10-20% travel for customer meetings and marketing events.
Required qualifications include 5-10 years of FAE/sales engineering experience, preferably with hardware IP cores, security software, or embedded solutions for OEMs, defense contractors, or semiconductor companies. You should have experience supporting complex technical sales cycles to large enterprises, communicating technical value to both engineers and C-level executives, and demonstrating complex solutions. An engineering degree is desired. Experience with cryptography is a plus. You must be proficient with Jira, GitHub, and HubSpot, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
