Fanatics Markets is a real-money prediction and trading platform that allows users to trade on outcomes across sports, entertainment, and real-world events. The company is building a trusted, regulated prediction markets platform as part of the broader Fanatics ecosystem, which operates commerce, collectibles, and betting/gaming divisions.
As a Markets Relationship Executive, you will own the full customer lifecycle for a portfolio of high-priority users. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role that blends outbound acquisition, white-glove onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. You will be the primary point of contact and long-term relationship owner for your customers.
Key responsibilities include:
**Customer Acquisition & Growth**: Proactively source and acquire high-priority customers through direct outreach, referrals, and targeted campaigns. You'll engage in high-volume outbound communication daily via text, phone, and messaging platforms, with evaluation based on results rather than activity. You must be comfortable with persistent, high-frequency outreach and converting prospects into active customers.
**Onboarding & Advocacy**: Personally onboard new customers, ensuring they understand platform mechanics and how to extract value. You'll educate users on market mechanics, event opportunities, and features while acting as a dedicated resource, liaising with operations teams across payments, support, and other functions.
**Engagement & Retention**: Drive ongoing engagement by reaching out at strategic moments around major events. You'll reactivate dormant customers, deepen relationships with high-priority users, and proactively solve problems to deliver a premium experience.
**Representation & Feedback**: Represent Fanatics Markets professionally in customer interactions and industry settings. Serve as a feedback loop between customers and internal teams, sharing insights on product gaps and opportunities.
This is not a desk-only role. Success requires hustle, persistence, exceptional communication skills, and willingness to engage customers across multiple channels. You'll work from one of six locations: Miami, Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Diego, or San Francisco.
