Bevi is a venture-backed IoT beverage technology company on a mission to eliminate single-use bottles through connected hydration platforms. With over $160M in funding and operations across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, Bevi has saved over 1 billion bottles from waste and is rapidly scaling. As an Experiential Marketing Specialist reporting to the Director of Experiential Marketing, you will own high-impact experiential marketing initiatives including Bevi's Rental Program, Hydration Takeovers, and strategic events. This role combines program execution, vendor management, and revenue-driving activities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Key responsibilities include planning and executing trade shows, conferences, pop-up events, and customer activations; managing event budgets and logistics; coordinating with Sales to identify high-impact opportunities; and measuring program performance through data-driven analysis. You will own the Rental Program end-to-end—from inquiry through post-event follow-up—building repeat business and identifying new opportunities while partnering with Operations for flawless execution. You'll also plan and execute Hydration Takeovers that drive customer engagement and support revenue, coordinating machine logistics, staffing, and onsite activation. Success requires excellent project management skills, the ability to juggle multiple concurrent initiatives, strong communication across internal teams and external partners, and an analytical mindset to continuously improve program performance. You should be resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with an ownership mentality—taking initiative, solving problems proactively, and looking for ways to enhance programs rather than simply execute them. Travel of 20–30% is expected, and you'll work from the Boston (Charlestown) office at least two days per week.
