As Experiential Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning and execution of high-impact marketing experiences spanning in-person events (executive summits, conferences, activations) and virtual experiences (webinars, interactive roundtables) designed to deepen customer relationships and build pipeline.
You will work closely with Experiential Marketing Managers to bridge data-driven insights with meaningful human connection. Key responsibilities include:
Event Support & Execution: Support regional event programs (tradeshows, happy hours, executive summits) and virtual events to drive audience engagement across physical and digital channels.
Logistics & Vendor Management: Manage tactical event logistics including vendor communication, venue setup, onsite execution, platform configuration, tech runs, and live digital production.
Event Promotion & Campaign Alignment: Drive pre-event marketing promotions by partnering with Growth Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to build landing pages, write email invitations, create outreach kits, and target audience lists to maximize registration and attendance.
Lead Operations & Pipeline Tracking: Act as gatekeeper for event data, partner with Marketing Operations to manage lead entry, ensure prompt routing to Sales/BD, and track post-event follow-ups and pipeline influence.
Budget & Reporting: Maintain event calendars and timelines, track budget expenses and invoicing, and gather metrics to report ROI using Salesforce and team dashboards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams on event strategy, target account lists, and multi-channel campaign support.
Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline manual event tasks using AI tools and automated workflows.
Required: 2+ years event coordination, field marketing, or marketing support experience (B2B SaaS or fintech preferred). Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Action-oriented problem solver thriving in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, Asana, and Zoom. Willingness to travel occasionally for domestic events.
