Praso is a digital B2B foodservice marketplace transforming Brazil's traditional wholesale sector through proprietary technology, AI, and logistics infrastructure. The company connects food industry suppliers to over 10,000 small businesses including restaurants, bakeries, and snack shops across a R$2 trillion market. Operating with above-sector margins and R$300M+ in revenue, Praso is expanding rapidly from its Nordeste base.
In this Key Account Sales Executive role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic large accounts in Recife, focusing on high-volume restaurant networks, hotel groups, and resort operations. Your mission is to map and qualify major foodservice accounts, position Praso as an indispensable digital transformation partner, and drive adoption of the platform.
Key responsibilities include: continuously mapping and qualifying restaurant networks and hotel/resort operations with significant Recife presence; preparing competitive price quotes aligned with customer needs; collaborating with leadership to refine sales processes, document objection patterns, and scale best practices; managing an existing account base to build lasting relationships, ensure purchase frequency, and identify opportunities to expand product mix and volume.
You will need proven B2B sales experience, ideally with large accounts, key account management, or consultative selling in foodservice, distribution, or technology sectors. The ideal profile is a farmer-type seller: results-oriented, capable of opening markets independently, strategic, and consistent. You must be skilled at negotiating large contracts and high-volume deals, with strong organizational ability and strategic vision to manage long sales cycles, multiple accounts, and pipeline methodology.
Benefits include comprehensive health and dental coverage (Amil and SulAmérica), life insurance (up to R$500k), fitness access (TotalPass/Gympass for 4 people), psychological and nutritional support (Starbem), financial planning tools (InvestPass), SESC network access, meal allowance (minimum 300 points), mobility stipend, Praso purchase credits, English courses (after 6 months), and flexible Caju benefits (Visa credit for personal use).
