Roblox is seeking an Executive Talent Business Partner to lead executive recruiting efforts for the company. This is a highly visible, strategic role within the Executive Recruiting team that combines stakeholder engagement, advanced sourcing, and process optimization to scale executive hiring across the organization.
In this role, you will own end-to-end executive search strategies for critical VP, Director, and high-impact technical leadership positions, particularly in AI/ML and emerging technologies. You will proactively map passive executive talent landscapes and engage top-tier leadership candidates using AI-driven sourcing platforms (Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter) and confidential network referrals. You'll optimize recruiting operations and workflows to accelerate time-to-hire while maintaining elevated touchpoints for high-profile prospects.
You will deliver data-informed talent market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to C-suite and VP stakeholders to guide leadership succession planning and candidate profile strategies. A key responsibility is advising and aligning executive hiring committees by establishing rigorous leadership evaluation frameworks, assessment rubrics, and consensus-building practices. You'll create a bespoke, white-glove candidate experience tailored for executive prospects that reinforces Roblox's vision, culture, and long-term trajectory.
Operationally, you will maintain executive search confidentiality, manage talent pipelines, and provide detailed status reporting to leadership stakeholders. You'll leverage executive talent analytics, funnel conversion metrics, and predictive sourcing trends to diagnose bottlenecks and refine search strategies. Finally, you'll serve as a strategic talent advisor to C-suite and executive leaders, providing competitive intelligence and organizational design insights to shape long-term talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with depth in technical domains (Engineering, ML, etc.)
- Expertise in supporting executive-level stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with creativity and innovation
- Demonstrated success hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy
