ServiceNow's Brand Strategy & Creative team is seeking an Executive Producer to lead integrated content production across digital, social, video, events, and stills photography. This is a leadership role responsible for bringing ambitious creative ideas to life while building production capabilities that combine traditional craft with generative AI and emerging tools.
Key responsibilities include:
• Lead production of video, social content, digital assets, event content, animation, and photography across multiple channels and audiences.
• Partner with creative, strategy, product, and marketing leaders from the earliest stages to shape production approaches, expand creative possibilities, and solve challenges collaboratively.
• Source, evaluate, and lead production partners, editors, animators, photographers, and other specialists, matching talent and resources to project needs.
• Develop flexible production approaches that integrate live action, post-production, animation, VFX, and generative AI to deliver strong creative outcomes.
• Evaluate emerging tools and pilot new approaches, translating successful experiments into repeatable, scalable practices.
• Own the production business, including budget management, vendor bidding, negotiations, scope definition, scheduling, and change order management.
• Establish clear workflows for resourcing, reviews, approvals, asset management, and delivery across projects and markets.
• Advise creative and business leaders on production strategy, quality, cost, timing, resources, and risk, keeping teams aligned and moving through decisions.
This role offers the opportunity to shape how a global technology brand produces content while building new capabilities at the intersection of traditional production and AI-driven workflows.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive production experience, including executive or senior production leadership at an agency, studio, production company, or in-house team.
• Integrated content mindset with experience leading complex projects across video, digital, social, and stills, understanding how to plan content for multiple channels and audiences.
• Creative ambition paired with practical ingenuity—ability to understand what makes ideas compelling and find inventive ways to bring them to life within real budgets and timelines.
• Strong relationships with creative and production partners; demonstrated ability to find and assemble the right team for each assignment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (video, image, audio) and a clear point of view on how they can improve work and production processes.
• Strong production and business fundamentals: fluency in live action, post-production, animation, and VFX pipelines, paired with expertise in budgeting, bidding, and vendor management.
• Experience aligning stakeholders, managing shared resources, and balancing competing priorities in matrixed organizations.
• Resourcefulness and ownership mentality—seeking out people, assets, and answers needed to move work forward and staying close to details through delivery.
• Trusted leadership style: builds strong relationships with creatives, partners, and executives; communicates clearly; influences decisions across teams.
Nice to have:
• Experience evolving in-house production models, including how work is shared across internal teams, agencies, and production partners.
• Background in enterprise technology or B2B brand marketing.
• Experience building repeatable production approaches across global teams and markets.
