Zscaler is seeking an Executive, Finance Transformation to support global finance modernization initiatives, with a primary focus on Payroll and HRIS implementations. Reporting to the Manager, Global Process Owner - Payroll within the Finance Transformation (G&A) department, you will play a key role in building operational foundations to scale Zscaler's workforce and financial operations as the company continues its growth as a cloud security leader.
In this hybrid role based in Escazú, Costa Rica, you will own end-to-end process mapping, analysis, and documentation for Finance, Payroll, and HRIS systems supporting global implementations. You will identify and drive process optimization and automation opportunities across global payroll operations, helping the organization operate more efficiently at scale.
Key responsibilities include: mapping internal controls to financial processes and evaluating operational risks; gathering integration requirements and establishing data mapping rules for system migrations; executing test cases and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT); troubleshooting post-implementation issues; and building training materials and standard operating procedures to institutionalize knowledge across the organization.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; 2–3 years of experience in finance transformation, payroll operations, or HRIS implementation; foundational understanding of statutory payroll regulations and compliance standards; and demonstrated curiosity about AI tools with a proven history of integrating new technologies into workflows.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with modern enterprise platforms such as Workday, ADP, or SAP, and a proven track record supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives or global system rollouts in high-growth environments.
