Razorpay, one of India's leading fintech companies, is seeking a Finance Executive to join their growing finance team in Bengaluru. This role focuses on financial operations, accounting, and revenue management for a company processing $180+ billion in annualized transactions.
Key responsibilities include managing and leading a finance team, overseeing month-end close processes including revenue reporting and P&L reviews, driving balance sheet closing and consolidation, and providing variance analysis and financial insights. You will manage the revenue assurance function, handle direct and indirect taxation matters, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely audit closure and compliance with control activities.
The role requires exploring automation opportunities across finance processes, understanding unit economics, and providing actionable business insights. You will work independently on decision-making while maintaining high standards of integrity and work ethics. Proficiency in SAP HANA is mandatory for this position.
