DTX Pharma, a Novartis Company, is seeking an Executive Director of Channel Strategy and Digital Innovation to lead the design and execution of a connected digital ecosystem for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling a modern channel strategy that integrates corporate-owned digital touchpoints, AI-enabled marketing capabilities, and emerging technologies to drive discoverability, trust, engagement, and measurable business value.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing global strategy for corporate digital channels and audience engagement; building AI-enabled digital experiences that improve personalization and stakeholder impact; leading omnichannel marketing initiatives across web, social media, email, and emerging platforms; driving digital innovation through experimentation and performance optimization; overseeing enterprise marketing technology platforms and analytics capabilities; championing responsible AI adoption in marketing; establishing measurement frameworks that connect digital performance to business outcomes; and leading and developing a high-performing global team.
The role operates at the intersection of strategy, innovation, analytics, and technology. You will develop integrated digital marketing frameworks, build omnichannel capability, and ensure performance-driven content delivery to priority audiences using AI, SEO, and AEO. You'll bring omnichannel marketing expertise, performance data analysis, platform thinking, and digital storytelling into a unified strategy to elevate corporate brand relevance, marketing ROI, and reputation as an innovative medicines company.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) in marketing, communications, business, or related field; extensive experience leading digital marketing and omnichannel strategy within global matrixed organizations; executive presence and proven ability to lead global cross-functional teams and agency partners; demonstrated success driving digital transformation and enterprise-scale innovation programs; strong expertise in marketing technology platforms, analytics, and digital experience optimization; AI fluency and willingness to train others on AI enablement; ability to translate data into measurable business impact; knowledge of modern MarTech stacks and analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe, Sprinklr); and expertise in channel mix optimization, media planning, UX design, SEO, AEO, and digital compliance.
