Vercel is seeking an Executive Briefing Center (EBC) Lead to build and operate a signature executive engagement program from the ground up. This is a builder role where you will own the complete lifecycle of executive briefings: qualifying inbound requests, designing customized agendas aligned to each customer's strategic priorities, recruiting and coaching executive and technical speakers, orchestrating flawless onsite experiences, and measuring revenue impact.
You will partner daily with Sales leadership, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Vercel's executive team to represent the company at its most senior customer touchpoint. Responsibilities include designing intake and qualification workflows, building a content library and discussion frameworks in partnership with Product Marketing, managing end-to-end onsite execution (space design, catering, branding, demos, technology, hospitality), managing program operations (budget, vendors, capacity planning), defining and reporting on program metrics (briefings delivered, pipeline influenced, deal acceleration, attendee satisfaction), and extending the program over time to formats like roadshows, virtual briefings, and executive roundtables.
You will define the playbook, physical space, content library, and metrics, then scale the program as demand grows. The role includes in-office anchor days Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from the San Francisco office.
Required: 7+ years in executive briefing programs, strategic events, executive engagement, or field marketing at enterprise SaaS or B2B technology companies. You must have run high-stakes programs with C-level customers and internal executives, exceptional program management skills, strong business acumen, confident communication abilities, comfort with technical audiences and developer/infrastructure products, data orientation, and willingness to be based in or relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility for occasional travel.
Bonus experience includes building an EBC program from zero to scale, briefing management platforms and Salesforce reporting, developer or infrastructure product experience, and physical brand space or customer experience center design.
