Tulip is seeking an Executive Vice President of Revenue to lead all revenue-generating functions and drive company growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a strategic C-suite role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive revenue strategies across sales, marketing, and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute revenue strategies to achieve company goals, including market opportunity identification, pricing optimization, and customer acquisition initiatives
- Lead and mentor high-performing revenue teams (sales, marketing, business development) to ensure alignment with revenue objectives and company values
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with product and development teams to enhance product-market fit and improve offerings based on customer feedback
- Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to track revenue performance and identify improvement areas
- Develop and manage annual revenue budgets, forecasts, and plans aligned with business objectives
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and competitive positioning
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions
- Serve as company spokesperson at industry events and conferences to promote brand awareness and build stakeholder relationships
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years leading revenue-generating roles in retail SaaS industry with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Strategic mindset with results-oriented, proactive problem-solving approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
