Qualytics is a data trust platform that combines data quality, master data management, data observability, and data catalog capabilities. The company helps organizations ensure the integrity of their data through row-by-row assessment and anomaly detection.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will own Qualytics' events and social media channels end-to-end. This is a hands-on role on a lean team, with responsibilities split roughly evenly between events and social media.
EVENTS RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will manage all event logistics including registration, booth materials, shipping, vendors, and travel for conferences, trade shows, and partner events. You'll own the event calendar, tracking timelines, checklists, deadlines, and spend against budget. You'll work on-site at select events to handle setup, teardown, and content capture. You'll also set up and manage virtual events using webinar platforms, manage registration pages and reminders, and handle recordings. For Qualytics-hosted events, you'll coordinate with marketing, sales, and vendors on attendee recruiting, speaker coordination, and on-site support. You'll identify and pitch speaking opportunities for executives at conferences, panels, podcasts, and webinars. You'll own event follow-up by getting attendee and lead lists into HubSpot with proper tagging and routing to sales. Finally, you'll report on event results, tracking cost, leads, and pipeline to recommend what to keep, change, or cut.
SOCIAL MEDIA RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will own the social publishing calendar, planning, scheduling, and publishing posts across LinkedIn and other channels. You'll draft posts in Qualytics' brand voice for the company page and employee advocates. You'll repurpose content from blogs, case studies, interviews, webinars, and events into social posts and graphics. You'll monitor and engage with comments, track mentions, and identify conversations worth joining. You'll report monthly on reach, engagement, and follower growth, using insights to improve the calendar.
You'll work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership, seeing directly how events and social drive pipeline at an early-stage software company. The role requires willingness to travel 3–6 times per year, including some evenings and weekends around events.
REQUIREMENTS:

- A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience planning and running events end-to-end at a company, agency, or nonprofit

- Clear, careful writing and strong attention to detail

- Comfort working with numbers: tracking costs, leads, and engagement, and explaining what they mean
- Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred), webinar software, and image or video editing tools
- Willingness to travel 3–6 times per year, including some evenings and weekends around events
