Chili Piper is a B2B SaaS company that helps GTM teams convert inbound leads into qualified meetings instantly. The company operates a fully remote, global team and is growing rapidly. As Events Marketing Manager, you will own and scale Chili Piper's global event strategy, from intimate executive dinners to large-scale activations like the annual ChiliPalooza. This is a hands-on role where you drive real business impact—turning events into brand awareness, pipeline, and lasting relationships within the GTM community. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the annual event calendar and deciding where Chili Piper should have a presence - Managing end-to-end execution: logistics, budgets, venues, vendors, swag, and on-site coordination - Running event promotion independently—building landing pages, segmenting CRM lists, sending invites and follow-ups - Producing virtual events and webinars from speaker prep through live execution - Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships teams - Ensuring seamless on-site execution and building community relationships with GTM leaders - Tracking performance metrics, attendee data, and pipeline impact - Amplifying results by repurposing event content for social and post-event communication - Managing vendors, negotiating rates, and maintaining quality while controlling costs - Running debriefs and continuously improving the event program You'll bring a builder mindset, hands-on execution style, and creative problem-solving ability. You're comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), event platforms (Luma, Zoom), and can build simple landing pages and manage email campaigns independently. You think two steps ahead, communicate clearly across teams, and care deeply about creating memorable, frictionless experiences. Required experience: 2+ years in event management, field marketing, or community roles (ideally B2B SaaS), with proven ability to plan and execute events at various scales. You must be skilled in vendor sourcing, budget tracking, and on-site coordination, with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience with partner collaborations and GTM community relationships is a plus.
